Catalyst Building is a 5-level, 150,000 square foot building in Spokane, Washington with office, classrooms, and general use areas. The building is the first tall wood office building in Washington State. AVRO developed a prefabricated façade system from the second level to the top of the building, utilizing a mass Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) wall panels with terra-cotta cladding and glazed openings.
